This website and the services offered on it (the "Services") are operated by NOLD EOOD, a limited liability company registered under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria ("NOLD", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
NOLD provides AI-powered software solutions for fashion brands and individuals, including AI image generation (product photography and on-model visuals), resale technology, agentic shopping tools, and ESG impact reporting. We may modify, expand, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Paid features operate on a credit basis. Credits are consumed when a generation is initiated. Purchased credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable once used.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. All prices are shown before purchase. Where a discount or promotional code is applied, the discounted price is the binding price. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of the images and materials you upload. By uploading content you grant NOLD a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Services (e.g. generating visuals you request). We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models. You warrant that you own or have the rights to any content you upload.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the commercial rights to visuals generated through your account and may use them for marketing, e-commerce, and editorial purposes. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing visuals before publication.
You may not use the Services to create unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content; to generate images of real persons without their consent; or to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
The platform, its software, design, and branding are the property of NOLD EOOD and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to NOLD's trademarks or technology beyond the use of the Services as intended.
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian data protection law. For questions about your data, contact us at the email address below.
The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOLD EOOD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services in case of a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
